Application

The unilift CC, KP, and AP are sumersible drainage pumps suitable for temporary as well as permanent free-standing installation. Furthermore, Unilift AP35B and AP50B pumps are suitable for installation on an auto-coupling at the bottom of a collecting tank with guide rails going to the top.

The pumps are designed for intermittent operation.

• The CM/CME pump is primarily used as a build-in pump in OEM solutions and domestic boosters.

• It is compact, noiseless, reliable and flexible, and this make it an optimal solution for installation and interaction with other components in a large system.

• It can also be used as a system pump, connected in complete system solutions, or even as a stand-alone pump

Upon starting the pump, pressure drop occurs at the eye of the impeller which will give rise to pressuredifferences within the pump system (pump casing & suction pipe) and outside the pump system. As the pressure continues to drop in the pump system, a mixture of liquid and air will start to flow into the pumpdue to higher atmospheric pressure outside the pump system.
